The primary goals of Hope Remains Youth Ranch are to re-educate our youth, to instill good moral values, to provide guidance, and to help our young people structure a life worth living.
Through the Hope Remains Youth Ranch program, studentsgain a new sense of confidence, responsibility, accountability, sensitivity to others, and discipline in their conduct.
How does theHope Remains Youth Ranch program accomplish it’s goals?
When we think of a ranch, we often envision animals like horses, dogs, chickens, and so forth. We might also think of grassy pastureland and a garden. Hope Remains Youth Ranch is such a ranch. The young people on the ranch learn how to work with animals as well as perform various farm chores. These chores can range from fence-building and bush-hogging to constructing buildings and caring properly for the animals.
Additionally, Christian counseling, Bible studies, and educational classes (in life skills, character education, and job skills) are offered as well. This instruction ensures that the youth and their families receive the training needed to make a better life for themselves and become model citizens for their communities.
